Receive your order in 2 to 5 days for US addresses, or 2 to 7 days when shipping to an address outside of the US.

We provide free shipping on all orders above $100.00 to the lower 48 contiguous US States.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, other US territorries, and internationally to the Americas (including the Caribbean), Asia, Oceania, Europe, Africa, the Middle-East. We take care to process your order on the same day if it is received by 6:00 PM. All orders are shipped via USPS®, UPS®, FedEx® or DHL®.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmodified, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Do you offer a Return & Refund Guarantee?

We have a no questions asked, free, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive), this 30-day return window is extended to 45 days. 

Are your Perfumes & Colognes authentic?

Our fragrances are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand name, brand new in their original packaging, sealed wrapped. They are all sourced from US suppliers that specialize in distributing genuine brand name beauty products and fragrances.

How soon do I receive my order?

It usually takes 2 to 5 days in the US to get your order delivered to your address. Because we ship from Europe as well it  may take 2 to 10 days on average for destinations outside of the US.  

How the designer brands you sell authentic?

Absolutely! Our designer fashion items and related accessories are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand names, brand new that you will enjoy for years, or that you can easily resell on third-party luxury brand marketplaces. All of our designer brand products are verified by a third-party firm called Entrupy! 

Do you provide free shipping to the US?

Yes we provide free shipping to the 48 contigious US states on all orders totalling $100 or more. For Alaska & Hawaii, we offer very low shipping rates. (See detailed shipping policy)

Do you ship internationally say to Asia and Europe?

Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries in Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia,  Africa, The Middle-East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, etc. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your country. However, except in extreme cases, it usually takes 2 to 7 days to receive your items once it is shipped.
