It usually takes 2 to 5 days in the US to get your order delivered to your address. Because we ship from Europe as well it  may take 2 to 7 days on average for destinations outside of the US.

Yes we provide free shipping to the 48 contigious US states on all orders totalling $100 or more. For Alaska & Hawaii, we offer very low shipping rates. (See detailed shipping policy)

Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries in Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia,  Africa, The Middle-East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, etc. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your country. However, except in extreme cases, it usually takes 2 to 7 days to receive your items once it is shipped.

Designer brands fashion, shoes and jewelry are shipped from four different warehouses in Europe and in the US. We only ship via FedEx® and DHL® to ensure you get your products fast and in a secure way. For fragrances and beauty products we usually ship from the US via FedEx® & UPS®.

No, we do not ship our products to forwarders or warehouse / depots. In very special situations and with larger quantities, we may allow it but you will need to contact us, immediately after you place your order, or preferably before.  

We have a no questions asked, free, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive), this 30-day return window is extended to 45 days.

Our fragrances are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand name, brand new in their original packaging, sealed wrapped. They are all sourced from US suppliers that specialize in distributing genuine brand name beauty products and fragrances.

No. We do not sell used stuff on our site. We only sell brand new, unopened, never used products in their original packaging, sealed where appropriate, with all their original tags attached, exactly as you would find them at the Designer's retail store or at major retailers like: Nordstrom®, Neiman Marcus®, Marcy's®, Bloomingdales®. Note, we have no affiliations with these aforementioned stores.
