Shipping & Return Policy

INTRODUCTION

At ACCEXO we want you to love us and remain a loyal customer for life.

We provide Free US Shipping on all orders, above a certain amount, usually $100.00 to the lower 48 contiguous US States. We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, including Puerto Rico. We take care to ship your items on the same day if the order is received by 6:00 PM EST.

We also offer international shipping to several countries in Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, The Middle-East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, Etc. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your country. However, except in extreme cases, it usually takes 2 to 10 days to receive your items once it is shipped.

Some orders will require special handling or may be impacted by european holidays which may take an additional 1 to 2 days. In these cases, the item being purchased will be clearly labeled. However, most items will be delivered 3 - 5 days after the order is placed.

​Unless otherwise noted, we ship via FedEx®, DHL®, UPS® and USPS®.

Throughout the ordering process, you the customer, will be notified via email when the order is process, released to the shipper and when products are delivered.
Note that in some cases your order may come in seperate boxes if these items are either too heavy or stocked at different warehouses.

SECTION 1 - RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
At ACCEXO, we have a no questions asked, free, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive), this 30-day return window is extended to 45 days.  

As part of our Authenticity Guarantee, an item can be returned for up to 1 year from the date of purchase if it is found to not be 100% authentic. (See Authenticity Guarantee)  

For an item to be eligible for a return for all other reasons, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmodified, unworn or unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging within 30 or 45 days as the case may be. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. 

If your item is not accepted, we will contact you immediately. We may elect to give you a partial merchandise credit that you can use at our store within a full year, or if you prefer, we may return the product back to you at your expense.

SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Special case: You cannot return Gift Cards under any circumstances.

SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

SECTION 4 - EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 100% of the purchase price, plus taxes and any shipping costs, back on your original payment method the same day.

Please be aware that it can take 2 to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Expect a 5-day refund period from the time your item is received and a refund approved to when the credit appears in your bank or credit card transaction or statement.
